- Register for an appointment HERE
- Receive call from office to schedule appointment
- You fill out intake forms, consents, and questionnaires
- We meet for intake and structured clinical assessment of ADHD traits (90 minute appointment)*
- I gather collateral information from people who know you best
- We meet again for results and to discuss treatment options (30 minute appointment)
Cost: $600
Payment may be split into 2 to 3 payments with full payment due before results appointment. Deposit required with payment plans.
Subsequent appointments for treatment may be billed to insurance, see Fees & Insurance page for in network options and rates.
*In some cases intake and structured clinical assessment are done over 2 appointments, this does not change the cost.*
