I can give you a receipt (superbill) with billing codes and diagnosis that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Prescription medications and labs will be covered per your insurance policy.
Cash Prices for Services:
- New Client Initial Intake: $300
- Follow-up Medication Management: $150
- Psychotherapy: $180
- Follow-up Medication Management + Psychotherapy: $225

Sliding Scale
Sliding scale fees are available, spaces are limited. Discounted rates are set flat fees and are available once eligibility is determined and range from 20–60% off standard rates.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of the expected costs for your care. This estimate outlines the anticipated charges for services but may not include unexpected costs that arise during treatment. If your bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you can dispute it through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
